An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not by itself guarantee final acceptance. We may contact you to verify order details, address information, availability, or shipping requirements before fulfillment.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the storefront currency and are subject to change before an order is completed. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated through Shopify checkout. Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping and delivery

Eligible return requests must follow the Refund and Return Policy, including the applicable return window, authorization, product-condition, shipping, inspection, and restocking requirements.

Commercial kitchen and outdoor cooking equipment must be installed, connected, maintained, and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation, local codes, and any professional installation requirements that apply to the product.

Storefront content, branding, layout, and original materials may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law. Manufacturer names, product marks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
