1. Overview
Dellco Commercial Kitchens accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns require prior authorization and must meet the condition requirements below.
2. Return eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the item must have been purchased from Dellco Commercial Kitchens, the request must be submitted within the 30-day return window, and the product must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned with the original packaging and included components unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
3. Return authorization
Email info@dellcocommercial.com with your order number, product name or SKU, reason for return, and photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped. Do not send a return until Dellco provides return instructions and the approved return destination.
4. Return shipping and restocking
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error or an item is confirmed as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. A 25% restocking fee may apply to standard discretionary returns and may be deducted from the approved refund.
5. Inspection and refunds
After an authorized return is received, allow approximately 2–5 business days for inspection. If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method, generally within 1–2 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
6. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect freight and parcel shipments promptly. Photograph visible damage to the carton, pallet, protective material, label, and product before discarding packaging. Contact Dellco as soon as possible so the carrier and order can be reviewed.
7. Cancellations and refused delivery
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment or is transferred to a carrier. Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to transportation, storage, return, or restocking charges where permitted.
