Boxed, palletized, or prepared before dispatch.
Handheld tools, walk-behind machines, and riding equipment cannot be handled as though they are the same shipment. Packaging, assembly level, unloading needs, and final setup depend on the product.
The product page and order confirmation identify the applicable service. Do not assume that full assembly, liftgate service, placement, fuel, oil, battery preparation, or operator instruction is included unless it is specifically stated.
BOXED · PALLETIZED · PREPARED
Three delivery formats. Different expectations.
The applicable format is determined by the specific product, destination, carrier, and service selected for the order.
Boxed equipment
Compact machines and handheld products may arrive in manufacturer packaging with model-specific assembly, charging, fueling, oil, adjustment, or safety steps still required.
Palletized delivery
Large or heavy equipment may arrive secured to a pallet. Confirm vehicle access, receiving availability, unloading requirements, and the condition of the shipment before accepting it.
Prepared delivery
Selected machines may be available with additional preparation or assembly when explicitly offered. The exact work included must be confirmed in the product or order information.
CHECK ACCESS
INSPECT ON ARRIVAL
FOLLOW THE MANUAL
3–5 DAYS PROCESSING · 5–8 DAYS SHIPPING
From order confirmation to first use.
The normal estimated total is 8–13 business days. Product-specific information and carrier updates take priority when they differ from this general timeline.
STEP 1
Order review and processing
Orders are normally processed in 3–5 business days. Product details, destination, inventory, and the required delivery method are reviewed before carrier handoff.
STEP 2
Machine and shipment preparation
The order is packaged or prepared according to the product and purchased service. Any included assembly or preparation is limited to what is stated for that order.
STEP 3
Carrier transit
Shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after processing. Carrier capacity, weather, destination, appointment scheduling, and access requirements can affect the estimated arrival.
STEP 4
Receive, inspect, and set up
Inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and machine promptly. Photograph any damage before assembly or use, keep all packaging, and complete only the setup described in the correct operator manual.
NO ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT LARGE EQUIPMENT
Clarity before the carrier arrives.
Delivery format, assembly level, placement, unloading, and preparation vary by product. Confirm the exact service before ordering when any of these details affect your property.
A premium delivery experience is not simply getting a machine to the address. It is knowing how it will arrive, what access is required, what setup remains, and what to inspect before first use.
— Dellco Commercial KitchensOur assembly and delivery standard
Assembly and delivery, without surprises.
Open a topic below for practical guidance. Product-specific information, confirmed order details, carrier instructions, and the operator manual take priority over this general guide.
Before delivery
Check the product, destination, access, and receiving requirements before placing a large-equipment order.
Will my machine arrive fully assembled?
Not necessarily. Assembly level depends on the product and the service explicitly included with the order. Some products arrive boxed and require model-specific setup. Some larger machines may arrive palletized with limited preparation, while selected equipment may have an additional prepared-delivery option. Review the product and order information before purchase.
What can assembly or preparation include?
Only the work specifically stated for the product or purchased service is included. Depending on the machine, this could involve fitting selected components or completing defined pre-delivery checks. Fuel, oil, battery charging, final adjustments, operator instruction, placement, debris removal, and other services must not be assumed unless expressly listed.
What access is required for large-equipment delivery?
The address must be safely reachable by the applicable carrier vehicle. Consider road width, gates, low branches, overhead restrictions, soft ground, steep grades, turning space, and legal stopping space. Contact support before ordering when access is restricted or unusual.
Is unloading or placement included?
Do not assume it is included. Liftgate service, curbside delivery, pallet placement, driveway delivery, inside delivery, final positioning, and packaging removal are different services. The order information identifies what applies. The customer may need suitable equipment or assistance when the selected service does not include unloading.
How long do processing and delivery take?
Orders are normally processed in 3–5 business days and shipping normally takes another 5–8 business days, giving a general estimate of 8–13 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Product availability, carrier capacity, weather, destination, and appointment scheduling may affect the timing.
When the shipment arrives
Inspect before assembly, operation, repair, or disposal of any packaging.
What should I inspect at delivery?
Check the carton or pallet, straps, wrapping, shipping label, model identification, visible components, and the machine itself. Compare the shipment with the order information. Photograph anything damaged, missing, opened, crushed, wet, or incorrect before further handling.
What should I do if the shipment is damaged?
Document the condition immediately. Keep the machine, pallet, carton, labels, wrapping, and internal packaging. Take clear photographs from multiple angles and contact support@dellcocommercial.us with the order number. Do not use, repair, discard packaging, or return the product until instructions are provided.
How should I complete the remaining setup?
Use the correct operator manual for the exact model and serial-number range. Follow all safety instructions, fluid specifications, battery procedures, torque requirements, control checks, and initial-use guidance. Do not guess or use instructions from a similar machine.
